Terms & Conditions

All vehicle sales are subject to the terms and conditions of the sales agreement between NCB and the customer. By proceeding with a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

1 Vehicle Condition & Warranty

• The said vehicle is being sold free and clear of all liens and encumbrances; however, the bank disclaims any warranty as the vehicle is being sold in its present condition, on an "As Is" and "Where Is" basis.
• All prospective parties should conduct their own due diligence and inspections by an independent mechanic.
• NCB does not allow test drives.

2 Costs & Transfer Fees

• All costs and fees in relation to the transfer of the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• No fee is required to view any vehicle available for sale.
• No deposit is required or should be made to hold or secure any vehicle.

3 Payment Instructions

• Successful clients should only make payments payable to "NCB Repossessed Motor Vehicle Sales" account.
• After confirmation of payment, NCB will notify the client to collect the documents and vehicle.
• Financing is available through the financial institution of the purchaser's choice.

4 Listing Modification, Withdrawal & Pricing

• NCB reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle or modify the pricing of any vehicle listing at any time without prior notice.

5 Eligibility

• NCBFG (National Commercial Bank Financial Group) staff members, pensioners, and their families/relatives are not eligible to purchase any of these vehicles.
